Look at this for a change in under 4 months !!
Absolutely smashing it week on week.
Over 13kg down and we’re chasing more !!
What a journey it’s been so far and what a laugh. Question after question message after message voice note after voice note and a love it. The best way to learn and get an understanding is to ask as many questions as you need the only daft questions is the ones you don’t ask 😂.
Learning about nutrition, training and then habits. Realising eating when bored or on emotion then trying to change these habits to make positive change which she’s done massively. It’s just a thought until ye act on it.
Having more energy for life in general, better moods more confidence self esteem the list is endless and then another thing people don’t think about when you make changes to your lifestyle by better nutrition exercising more and changing body composition. Health markers will improve so blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol which most people never check up on but naturally making positive changes these things improve.
going holidays, going off plan and not being restricted with anything has been the best way to go about getting results. Making sure we are being as consistent as possible with everything while still enjoying life in the process.
We are keeping the transformation pics for when this phase is complete so we keep working.
If your not feeling good or want to make positive changes then give yourself a chance commit yourself to 90 days of being as consistent as possible following a plan and then look back on the 90 days and compare it to the previous 90?
A have never heard anyone get in better shape, feel fitter and stronger, get more confident and feel better in all aspects of life and turn around after it and say they wish they hadn’t done that or they regretted the decision. The only regret is when you keep putting it off and stay stuck in the same place.
