4 years clean and sober 💙 Shannon Lyon going above and beyond as always ❤️

Best thing about the day is the wains asking why a get 2 birthdays and they don’t 😂 have to tell them am special cause a have lived 2 different life’s in one lifetime, so the night will be ended with them singing happy birthday to me with candles on a cake 😂 You can’t buy that ❤️

It’s also a bonus that a won’t be going home the night to sit in a room myself drinking dark fruits and sniffing going through episode after episode of drug psychosis peeking out the blinds from every room in the house with the volume turned down to 0 on the tele, checking who’s out there. Heart going 100mph thinking am taking a heart attack absolutely hating how am living but can’t stop. Horrendous. Can never forget my old arse cause thats wits waiting for me, but it’s no like that today.

Am only sober for today but today am 4 years sober yehaaaaaa 💙

A round of applause for 👏👏👏

The work robyn has put in so far to get to this stage is phenomenal. Being as consistent as she can week on week has helped her achieve this in just over 4 months.

Never being into the gym or exercise this was the first mental hurdle she had to push through then self admitting that she loved going home from work and eating takeaways we had to look at nutrition and come up with a plan to help her achieve her goal.

Being totally honest within around 2 weeks she was bang on tracking calories hitting targets and pushing herself to 4 gym sessions a week including pt sessions weekly absolutely dived rite in at the deep end and came right back up.

Pushing herself in the gym to be as strong as possible learn new exercises and perfect form and technique. Who is this person 👀😂

Robyn set out a goal at the start of her journey to lose 2 stone and we’ve already bypassed this goal already. 14.1kg dropped SO FAR. So we have had to set new goals to keep working towards. We know the more she loses the harder it becomes to keep it going as the body adapts. To achieve amazing results there is going to be some sort of suffering because achieving life changing results doesn’t come easy but if your consistent week on week and embrace the struggle and suffering for short term pain for long term gain then it’s a no brainer.

Changing how you look, how you feel, how you think about yourself. Worth all the hard work that needs to be done.

The results are in and the verdict is the big man has smashed it out the park ⚾️

Fat loss phase done ✅

Jamie’s journey started just over 4 months ago. Wanting to make a change but not knowing how to go about it, didn’t understand nutrition and a lack of confidence around the gym especially with free weight exercises.

Slowly we started getting to work building up his confidence around the gym and certain exercises. Working on his form and technique. Realising he was an all in or out type of person we got to work with nutrition started tracking calories and hitting daily and weekly targets with nutrition. The consistency levels have been phenomenal.

Being a workaholic aswell we have fitted this in all around his work schedule setting aside time for himself weekly to focus on achieving his goals and getting him to this stage.

14.5kg down 🔥✅
Inches lost all over ✅

But the biggest win is the confidence and self esteem boost in and out the gym, also getting fitter and stronger 💪

Now we are moving on to phase 2 putting some lean muscle on him and filling out his frame. Bumping calories up gradually focusing on getting stronger and limit body fat gain.
His exact words are “ am in this for the long haul “.

The best thing about it all is it’s been some laugh along the way during the sessions it’s been an absolute pleasure guiding and helping.

Amazing work done by other half and partner in crime 💪🦵

Coaching and helping somebody you live with is a challenge in many ways trying to give them there freedom to make decisions with nutrition and give “ constructive “ feedback when needed 😂😂.

Many other challenges that have been overcome balancing being a mum / work life balance looking after 4 kids and then looking after the biggest baby in the house ( me ).

Spending most of her adult life never exercising the biggest challenge was starting the journey when she knew she wanted to make a change.

Starting off just making healthy changes with nutrition first , a balanced nutrition plan with foods she enjoyed and not feeling restricted.

Then when we started seeing progress the next question was would you be willing to do home workouts. After a period of time doing home workouts making progress getting more confident the next question was would you be willing to go to classes like metafit etc in a group environment were she would feel more comfortable than a gym.

Now she’s able to come along to the gym with me and do weight training, even though there is still fear there she’s pushing through.

Inches lost all over.

Now the goal has changed and we’re looking now to change body composition by focusing more on weight training and building more shape and tone 🍑🦵💪

No matter how busy our life’s are if we want something enough and are willing to set aside 3-4 hours per week minimum to make positive changes then the results will follow.

Progress over the last 11 weeks working with .

Just over 5kg scale weight increase but scale weight doesn’t always tell the full picture. The benefits of taking photos regularly to track progress.

A have never ate as much food in all my life over 5k calories on training days and over 4k on non training days. The way it’s been broken down is pretty simple turn up do the work in the gym progressively overload exercises, eat the food, recover and go again do that day in day out week on week. The results will follow.

Building muscle is a grind and a process it’s not pretty it’s just hard work consistently.

The aim now is to scale back food slightly for a period of time, keep digestion in a good place, increase appetite and hold on to as much muscle as possible. Then when the time is right push again and try add on more muscle.

Keep the grind going 💪🦵

What a journey it’s been so far and what a laugh. Question after question message after message voice note after voice note and a love it. The best way to learn and get an understanding is to ask as many questions as you need the only daft questions is the ones you don’t ask 😂.

Learning about nutrition, training and then habits. Realising eating when bored or on emotion then trying to change these habits to make positive change which she’s done massively. It’s just a thought until ye act on it.

Having more energy for life in general, better moods more confidence self esteem the list is endless and then another thing people don’t think about when you make changes to your lifestyle by better nutrition exercising more and changing body composition. Health markers will improve so blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol which most people never check up on but naturally making positive changes these things improve.

going holidays, going off plan and not being restricted with anything has been the best way to go about getting results. Making sure we are being as consistent as possible with everything while still enjoying life in the process.

We are keeping the transformation pics for when this phase is complete so we keep working.

If your not feeling good or want to make positive changes then give yourself a chance commit yourself to 90 days of being as consistent as possible following a plan and then look back on the 90 days and compare it to the previous 90?

A have never heard anyone get in better shape, feel fitter and stronger, get more confident and feel better in all aspects of life and turn around after it and say they wish they hadn’t done that or they regretted the decision. The only regret is when you keep putting it off and stay stuck in the same place.
