Happier Healthy I have been dedicated to and passionate about health and wellbeing for over 25 years. I am a fully qualified Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.

It is my drive to inspire lifestyle changes in others that result in long term Happier Healthy lives. Jill works with each client on a 1:1 basis with face to face support online or through personalised apps. Jill maintains a small group of clients to ensure each client is receiving the support required to make a change.

Holidays in full swing and routine well and truly paused. No gym sessions to report, but plenty of laughs, fresh air, and unforgettable moments instead. Absolutely loving life out here sailing the seas 🌊😌🥂🎉💃🫶🏻

Busy few days running these two about! No time for much exercise myself, just trying to keep nutrition together! Back to the gym yesterday for a push session and pull today!

Balancing fun & fitness… it’s not always easy! 🥂⚖️
Social nights out are great, but wow — the next day hits different 😅 Dehydrated, skin’s dull, body’s sluggish… the glow is gone the doms are real😂

Still, managed a light walk before football (rest day anyway!) and keeping my nutrition on track ✅
It’s all about balance — enjoy the moments, but learn when to say not this time. Don’t know where I would be without these eyepatches 🤣
