Halo Assist When Halo Assist deals with your non-fault claim you'll be given a hire car similar to your own and won't have to pay your excess.

At Halo Assist we will help you to take control of your claim. Once we accept your claim you will not have to pay an excess and as we won't involve your insurer, your no claims bonus should not be effected at renewal. We will arrange for your vehicle to be repaired at one of our approved network repairers. You will be supplied with a vehicle of a similar specification to your own vehicle while yours is being repaired. As well as dealing with any personal injury claims for the driver and passengers we can recovery any lost earnings that you or your passengers may have suffered as a result of an injury,

We will arrange for any injured clients to have private medical treatment to help them to recover quicker. Unlike accident management companies who often withhold a percentage of your compensation you and your passengers will retain 100% of any compensation payments.
