Taylor & Martin Property Management is a property factoring service catering to property owners who desire a hands-on, proactive service. We manage a range of buildings and developments from traditional tenement blocks to new build developments. Taylor & Martin was born out of the belief that property management should be a personal service with the ability to adapt to the wide variety of homeowners and their properties. Our philosophy is therefore centred around strong onsite presence and close communication with all of our clients in order to form relationships with each of them. We achieve this by maintaining a select portfolio of properties, allowing us to dedicate the necessary time to provide a premium service. Taylor & Martin manage a range of services including communal, garden maintenance, buildings insurance, lift maintenance and fire protection services.

We’re delighted to announce that Taylor & Martin Property Management have been appointed as property factors at Home Farm Court.

Once the farm for the historic Drumpellier House, Home Farm Court has retained its heritage and strong community feel. With 24 homes and shared areas, we’re proud to now manage the development.

As property factors, we will:

☑️ Maintain communal areas – landscaping, paths, cleaning

☑️ Receive no commission on insurance policies

☑️ Keep finances transparent – clear billing and online access

We are delighted to announce our new appointment at Gartloch Village, Gartcosh, where we will be providing property factoring services to this unique development of 40 homes.

Nestled within the historic grounds of the former Gartloch Hospital site, Gartloch Village offers the perfect blend of modern living, traditional charm, and stately architecture.

We were also delighted to support their community Gala Day this Saturday with raffle prize donation for Golf-It.

Pickleball 2.0 🏓

On Friday we hosted our second Taylor & Martin Pickleball Tournament at Kelvin Hall all in aid of our charity partner SAMH 🩷

It was another fantastic event attended by great companies all coming together to have fun and support a vital charity.

Well done to all the teams and huge congratulations to G M Brown and MAC Recruit Group Ltd for another thrilling final showdown, with MAC Recruit Group Ltd coming out as winners for the second time! 👏

Big thank yous to all the Taylor & Martin Property Management volunteer umpires, Catherine Bunch and Chris Docherty from SAMH and Nanette Mutrie from Pickleball Scotland for coming along again and showing the teams the ropes.

Friday team training is back! 😍

It’s been a little while since our last session, but it was great to get the team together for our Friday team training. Led by Alana, Chloe and Iain each took the team through their own topic, sparking lots of great discussion and plenty of shared learning. These sessions are more than just training – they’re a space for us to:

✅ Refresh and develop our skills
✅ Refine existing processes and explore new ones
✅ Keep up with the latest industry insights
✅ Share ideas and feedback openly as a team

These sessions are a brilliant way to bring everyone together, and most importantly, help us continue to deliver the very best service for our clients.

Over halfway there! 🏔️

What a journey we've had so far and we're just over halfway through our Munro challenge.

Thanks to the fantastic efforts of our team, we have now conquered 13 out of 25 Munros as part of our charity challenge all in aid of SAMH 💪
