We’re excited to introduce a new series celebrating one of the most important aspects of the properties we manage: the shared spaces.
At Taylor & Martin Property Management we look after a wide range of developments across Scotland, from traditional full of character to modern, contemporary buildings and everything in between. While each property is unique, they all share one thing in common: well-maintained that play a key role in everyday living.
With that in mind, we’re launching Shared Spaces Spotlight, a series dedicated to showcasing the variety, quality, and character of the common areas we manage.
We’re starting the series at Lauderdale Gardens, a traditional tenement development in the West End of Glasgow.
Tenements like Lauderdale Gardens are an iconic part of Glasgow’s architectural identity, known for their period charm and enduring appeal. In many cases, the true character of these buildings is found within their shared spaces. Here, the common areas retain a range of original features, from classic stairways, tiled walls and floors to traditional doors and windows.
As property factors, our role is to ensure these spaces are maintained to a high standard, preserving their character while keeping them clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone who lives there.
We’re proud to support developments like Lauderdale Gardens and look forward to sharing more from across our portfolio in this new series.
If you’re a homeowner considering a change of factor, get in touch to find out how we can help enhance your shared spaces.
