people with chronic back pain are doing exactly what they’ve been told - rest, stretch, ice, avoid. And months or years later, they’re still in pain.
Not because they’re broken, but because that approach never addresses why the pain started or why it keeps coming back.
Chronic pain isn’t fixed with random exercises or generic advice. It requires proper assessment, rebuilding movement patterns, and restoring strength where it’s been lost.
That’s what I do every day with people who were told they’d “just have to live with it” and prove them wrong.
