Care Co-ordinator – Glasgow📍
Salary from £27,500 (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join our growing homecare team in Glasgow and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Registered Manager with:
• Care worker rotas and scheduling
• Matching carers to clients
• Day-to-day coordination and problem-solving
• Recruitment support and staff liaison
• Ensuring quality, compliance and continuity of care
This role suits someone who is:
• Organised, calm and proactive
• Experienced in care coordination
• Confident communicating with staff and clients
• Able to think ahead and improve efficiency
Salary from £27,500, with flexibility depending on experience and quality.
