Two years of The Secret ✨

What started as a vision in lockdown has grown into a movement. I wanted more than a clinic. I dreamed of creating a space, a culture, an energy where confidence could grow, where people felt seen, celebrated, and empowered.

Tonight, I stand grateful. Grateful for my team who show up every day with passion and care, for my clients who trust us with their confidence, and for the businesses, friends, and family who’ve supported me on this journey. The Secret has never been just about me; it’s about community, connection, and raising each other higher.

And now for the next chapter… I’m so proud to share that Year 3 will bring the opening of our SECOND location. Proof that what we’re building together is bigger than one space. It’s a culture that’s spreading.

To everyone who has supported me and chosen The Secret as your space to invest in self care, I cannot wait to show you the luxury I have created for you as my act of gratitude 🧿

While I’ve been living my best life lately, I’ve still been busy helping others feel like the very best version of themselves at . ❤️

One treatment I do a lot of? Sculpting jawlines — and not just for women. It’s time to break the stigma around men getting aesthetic treatments. Feeling good in your own skin is not a luxury, it’s a right. No matter your age, gender, or postcode — confidence is for everyone.

Is it possible to feel completely baptised by a group of strangers in a new environment, phone confiscated, no alcohol, no screen time, no distraction? Just you, your mind, heart and an eagerness to tap into a higher mindset? Absolutely.

I had the absolute pleasure of going to Aimee’s first wellness retreat on Sunday where we did cold water plunging (yes, I did it!), wrote a letter to ourselves for next year, meditated, ate too much cheese, laughed so hard my ribs still hurt, cried, pampered, laughed some more and made a sisterhood for life.

Feeling incredibly grateful and humble to live this incredible life that I have 🧿🤎

🙌JOURNEY🙌

I always say to my patients, this is a relationship. Not a one night stand. What I mean by that is, the investment you’re making in yourself at The Secret is not going to be one appointment and then you disappear off into the wilderness looking like a snack. It’s slow and steady small tweaks throughout the year that go unnoticed, are super subtle and then are maintained for life annually with guidance.

This is why I love Dione’s case so much. It’s a great case to show that the change SHOULDNT be drastic. This is chapter one of the story I want to tell, we have a few more to go.

For anyone scared to start their journey in investing in themselves, please be reassured that no one wants it to be more natural than me! We will start slow and I’ll guide you throughout the whole relationship 💕
