Textbook anatomy in the nose is only present in 1 out of 4 people.
Unless you are using ultrasound the other 3 in 4 are simply playing roulette. If you have had previous surgery you are 50% more likely to suffer a complication without ultrasound.
Nose treatment is the combination of art and science and Paula has really perfected her craft.

I have been a nurse for 25 years and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for 20 years.
My background is A+E, Acute Medicine and general practice.
I have been doing aesthetics for nearly 9 years.
I specialise in non surgical rhinoplasty and I also do ultrasound assessment and guided treatments.
I qualified with a degree before completing post graduate qualifications including prescribing then a masters. I am able to teach other nurses who are doing their advanced practice course and have been a university lecturer in advanced practice.
Our HIS registered clinic has been rated exceptional which is a testament to our attention to detail and high standards of clinical governance.
I will always be honest with you and have experience in a wide range of different facial treatments meaning your treatment will always be bespoke

After experiencing some facial volume loss following weight reduction, our beautiful patient felt her face had aged prematurely. We created a bespoke full-face rejuvenation plan using just 5mls of Stylage filler, delivered across two visits — and a gentle enhancement to the lips 💉

We also supported her skin quality with a course of polynucleotide treatments, promoting deep hydration, collagen stimulation and a healthy glow.

The result? A refreshed, naturally youthful appearance — noticeable to her, but undetectable to others. She feels 10 years younger, and absolutely delighted 💫

This weekend was a first for us as practitioners. We were invited by Evolus to participate in an incredible event. We undertook an advanced anatomy cadaver dissection course at the royal college of surgeons in Edinburgh.

Thanks to the amazing people who in life made the decision to donate their bodies to help us in education, we were able to further our knowledge of anatomy in a way that no textbook video or lecture could do.

We are so grateful to .uk for the invitation and to the men and women who in life chose to help with knowledge and education after they no longer had use for their body. We felt extremely humbled by their incredible gift to us. We saw everything, each muscle, nerve, and vessel. As our faculty taught us, you cannot hide from true anatomy.

We will be making some changes to our practice in the clinic and this will be aimed at improving your outcomes and reducing the risk of all complications. Although we are no strangers to functional anatomy and between us hold multiple degrees post grad quals and masters, this was truly the best piece of education we have ever undertaken.

Celebrating all my favourite women today, but especially this one. Love ya K ❤️

It has been incredible to find another person who understands me, celebrates my craziness and loves me no matter what. My best friend and business partner and I love you to the moon and back.

To all the other incredible women in our lives, we celebrate you and thank you for choosing us to care for you. We are privileged that we get to help you love yourselves a little more and are invested in your successes and seeing you grow and achieve your goals.

To my beautiful daughter, Dream big and never stop. I am so incredibly proud of your resilience and the beautiful person you are becoming.
