🌼 Could you help give Scotland’s tiniest babies the best start in life? 🌼
At Milk Bank Scotland, we collect and supply donated breast milk to premature and sick babies in neonatal units across the country — and we need your help. 💛
🔹 Every year, over 4,500 babies are born prematurely in Scotland.
🔹 Just 50ml of donated milk can feed a premature baby for an entire day.
🔹 Breast milk can reduce the risk of life-threatening infections, especially in babies born before 32 weeks.
🔹 Last year, thanks to incredible donors, we provided milk to every neonatal unit in Scotland — but demand continues to grow.
If you’re breastfeeding and have more milk than your baby needs, please consider becoming a donor. Your milk could be a lifeline to a baby born too soon.
✅ Free, easy collection from your home
✅ Full support and screening provided
✅ Every drop truly counts
