Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or want to work on something specific, I am trained and skilled to help with issues such as, anxiety, depression, anger, loss, relationships, stress, worry, social anxiety, panic, phobia’s, OCD, abuse, trauma, bullying, self-esteem, loneliness, suicidal thoughts or sleep issues/insomnia.
