Finally welcoming everyone back to urban sanctuary 2021!! Reopening on Monday 26th April!!!
Guidance as before if you could please bring a masque with you to the salon and arrive 5 minutes prior appointment time to avoid overcrowding in the reception area. *Please give 48 hours if you need to cancel to avoid cancelation fee*

***On 22nd July urban sanctuary will be opened for treatments. Bookings are now being taken with a deposit to secure your allocated appointment date and time.48 hour cancellation notice period is required please or your deposit will be NON refundable. ***

On the day of your appointment please bring a mask with you don’t worry if you forget I can supply!
You will be greeted at the door and brought straight through to the treatment room.
Sorry there is no reception area being offered at this time to avoid overcrowding within the salon.
Twenty minute spaces have been allocated in between each client for clean and sanitisation within the treatment room.
Would be great for everyone to do their best to keep to their appointment time and not be late to make things run smoothly.... I’m well aware that goes for me also!!
This is all a new and a very strange time for us all to go through and I appreciate your patience and understanding as we all adapt to this new way of life together.

Ive been wishing ever since it happened I would wake up having not to write this post and it’s been a horrible nightmare. On the early hours of Saturday 27th June 2020 a great friend and loyal client of mine passed away I had known for about 14 years. I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear the news that John McGuigan is no longer with us.
I know that he was also known by the nickname bulb as any hair that he had was the brightest of blonde and that he had the brightest big white smile with the bluest of eyes that could brighten the darkest of rooms.His laughter and jokes would put a smile on anyones face even if you knew him or not you would instantly like him he just had that appeal! I think his nickname started due to his appearance however when you were around him his positive and kind energy would pass onto you and instantly you would brighten up inside and out. John would always put your needs before his own and always ask how are you doing and how were you feeling a TRUE gentleman and a one of a kind genuinely KIND & CARING person that’s very few and far between in the world these days that will be sorely missed by many I’m sure.
R.I.P John I will forever miss our chats and the laughs that we had.###Sending my thoughts and prayers to your family and friends Stephanie ###x
