Hi, I’m Alan, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a creative, mindful approach to helping individuals overcome emotional challenges and achieve a sense of balance in their lives. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship, and human connections which are based on trust, empathy and respect, and where clients feel seen and understood.
By blending CBT, mindfulness techniques and creative activities, I offer a holistic approach to mental health, providing practical tools for personal growth and emotional wellbeing. With a compassionate, client centred style I create a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment, where we can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change. Sometimes, life just gets too much; I can help with anxiety, low mood/depression, stress, overwhelm, addiction, and other mental health issues, by empowering clients to change.
