FACT FAB 4’s Activity

FACT Group Community Charity provide these activities for under 4’s on Friday as it’s a very demanding need within our community, 2 years running and still going strong from strength to strength with the outstanding support from families. ❤️

Everyone Welcome to pop along to FACT’s FREE BE KIND warm cafe hub to enjoy a chat and meet up with friends or attend activities with your little ones and enjoy refreshments before or afterwards, FACT fund this project and our volunteers supply FREE food and drinks every Friday 10-12.30noon.

Great News’s - Sally will be back with sessions of BABY & ME Yoga - great way to enjoy some exercise/relax time with your wee one being involved..

These sessions are suitable from newborns to pre walkers , any new mummies if you have had a c section from 8weeks, so you have fully healed and feel comfortable.

Sessions will be on Friday 27th Feb, 13th , 20th March & 3rd April ( sign up to a 4 week block) to get the most from these sessions.

NEW block of Baby & Me yoga is coming to FACT FAB 4’s on Fridays , this is a lovrlg relaxed session for you to enjoy alongside your wee one.

Please come along and try these sessions in a lovely relaxed atmosphere, having fun with exercising.. afterwards drop into FACT’s BE KIND cafe hub for FREE refreshments, hot cuppa & morning roll or soup, great way to get to know new parents and share your chats.

NEW NEW NEW - COMING TO FACT FAB 4’s

Fact FAB 4’s are back on Friday 16th January & 30th January with a new session - PRETEND TOWN… is a role play experience for the little ones - suitable up to age 6 years.

This will be set up from 10.30-12noon, there will be a maximum 25 kids allowed, you just go and play as you please.

Each baby/toddler/child attending must have a ticket as this will be including in 25 pax on the day.

Please supervised your child and make sure everything is left within the room after play experience.
