It's a Wrap!!

Gratitude to all the beautiful souls who made it to the Awakened Spiritual & Holistic Fundraiser Fair yesterday. Was inspirational with the speakers who took stage and told their story. To the amazing stallholders with their gifts to offer.

When hearts and souls come together to support each other, is where community is grown, people's potential are shown and energies flowing.

Incredible day had and on that note, will be doing more events in 2025, so watch this space ✨️✨️✨️

Can you see the 🌳 trucks above and roots below? Having my cacao from Erika Huarcaya been taking this heart medicine for over a year.

Never ceases to amaze me how much it affects my energy levels and boosts my mood. I do drink tea and coffee but the caffeine crash is not great. Feel cacao (the original form before it's turned to processed chocolate) is on another level more sustainable.

It's directly sourced and supports the livelihood and peruvian community of the indigenous farmer who Erika works with and have been for a good while. Ayni is the andean way which means sacred reciprocity, a mutualism rather than transactional. It is cooperation, mutual aid when it come to it - I help you today, you help me tomorrow or when you're in a position to. The Quechua people (Erika and farmer include) operate this way making it ethical and moral.

There is ancient knowledge and wisdom which the cacao carries and probably why it works. A tradition kept and not lost despite modern times. Thank you to Erika and farmer for bringing this into the UK.

When you get knocked down by words of someone who doesn't even know you or experience what you've been through

Their own filter and perception of what you say triggers them to then be unkind and horrible
In a world, in these times where mental health awareness is prevalent

There needs to be a change, a rebirth to default responses of attack, diminish, and shut down to openness, discernment and kindess

On a postive note here's to a new earth where kindness and peace prevails 🌎

Beautiful people, lot of turbulent energies around and after speaking to a soul sister, solar flares could and seem to be amplifying the energies. Had read, external things we anchor in can show instability, but reaching into our internal core being of peace, stillness, light we have to be very rooted within ourselves. While it's stormy externally, access the calm within.

On that note, I'm thinking of doing a fundraiser for Glasgow's oldest music hall in the city towards end of November. I'm looking for holistic/spiritual vendors interest in a possible opportunity to be there. There are limited tables due to space.

Details to be confirmed as still in consideration stage. DM if interested.

Way to start my first ever in person treatment at Glasgow's Spiritual and Holistic Fair, fair to say (pun intended) it was eye opening in a good way, fun experience, and quite exhilarating 😁

Loved meeting and chatting to new people, and my mates were there to support me. Was very tired, very happy and grateful by end of it.

I've definitely gotten the fair bug.

My next one is at Dobbie Hall, Larbert, FK5 4BL from 10am to 3pm... see you there 💛
