We are a mobility and healthcare business based In the Southside of Glasgow. Our Castlemilk showroom has been open since November 2013. We have more recently opened a new outlet in Parkhead Forge (Duke Street entrance). Sean has a background in pharmaceutical industry and established links with pharmacies, occupational therapists and other healthcare partners. We are a small family business and are striving to offer our customers the best possible service at a competitive price. We sell a variety of products to suits all needs and currently have a selection of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, riser recliners as well as smaller products. We specialise in foam support products and currently stock specialised mattresses and a variety of smaller products such as knee supports, bed wedges and leg troughs. All of our foam products are fully manufactured here in Glasgow to the highest standards. As we work closely with the manufacturer we can offer a bespoke service and offer support products which are manufactured to individual requirements. If we do not have an item suitable in stock we can get it tailor made to order! We also offer prescriptive wheelchairs and are proud to be an accredited outlet of Karma wheelchairs

Our Story

We are a mobility and healthcare business based In the Southside of Glasgow. Our main showroom in Castlemilk (behind swimming pool) has been open since November 2013. Since then we have progressed to opening another outlet in Parkhead Forge Shopping Centre (Duke Street entrance) where we are open 7 days a week. In personnel we have grown in numbers and bring an excellent mix of experience and enthusiasm to our roles. Sean has a background in pharmaceutical industry and established links with pharmacies, occupational therapists and other healthcare partners.

Since then we have added; Marie as an ex RGN she has a lifetime of experience as a nurse in the NHS which can be a great help when discussing customer needs and a quick wit to add ! (Forge shop).

Silvia has worked with GCC and has great personnel and administration skills so keeps us all ship shape at Castlemilk.

Rachel our youngest team member is a stalwart on a Sunday at the Forge, at 19 she maybe the baby but she knows her stuff. Rachel is currently a student and is able to use British sign language to assist any customers who use sign. We sell a big variety of products to suits all needs and we always have in stock a sizeable selection of mobility scooters, power chairs, riser recliners, adjustable beds, wheelchairs, as well as a wealth of day to day items covering walking aids,showering and bathing, bedroom and chair, toileting, kitchen & dining, personal care, health & leisure and sensory aids . We specialise in foam support products such as bed wedges, knee/hip pillows, leg troughs and lumbar support cushions . All of our foam products are fully manufactured in the UK.
