I used to go running, and one of the tips for facing a hill or a flight of steps was to focus on the step in front of you. Keep your eyes down, or it can feel overwhelming. You really only need to focus on that one step — it makes everything more manageable. Hope you’re doing okay. Love, Eilidh.
