Did you know, those little bees you see in the evening sitting on flowers are old bees.
Old & sick bees don't return to the hive at the end of their day.
They spend the night on flowers, and if they have the chance to see another sunrise, they resume their activity by bringing pollen or nectar to the colony.
They do this sensing that the end is near.
No bee waits to die in the hive so as not to burden the others.
So, next time you see an old little bee sat upon a flower as the night closes in.....thank the little bee for her life long service. 🐝.. and never take their honey..

Not all toxic people are cruel and uncaring. Some of them love us dearly. Many of them have good intentions. Most are toxic to our being simply because their needs and way of existing in the world force us to compromise ourselves and our happiness. They aren’t inherently bad people, but they aren’t the right people for us. And as hard as it is, we have to let them go. Life is hard enough without being around people who bring you down, and as much as you care, you can’t destroy yourself for the sake of someone else. You have to make your wellbeing a priority. Whether that means breaking up with someone you care about, loving a family member from a distance, letting go of a friend, or removing yourself from a situation that feels painful —you have every right to leave and create a safer space for yourself.

It's important to remember, when you see footage of foxes hunted down by dogs, trapped in snares, buried alive in a sack and all the other horrors that can befall a fox at the hands of the depraved. Their sentience is no different to your pet dog. They feel the same pain, fear, joy, love and excitement.

Seeing as I was blocked by the CA yesterday for showing these two having fun, why not post another. As can be seen by the CA's statement over the axing of Autumnwatch, they don't want you to see animals as sentient beings, capable of emotion. They'd rather the public see them as tools, a crop, or prey.
Please keep signing the petition to reverse the decision to Axe Autumnwatch, there is a link in yesterdays post. And don't let the Countryside Alliance get away with the lie that they speak for the people of the countryside. Chris Packham
