Glasto 2025 🌈🧡

A weekend bursting with JOY

Quite the contrast from what I've been up to the last couple of months on the Camino, but also many similarities.. sweating in the unrelenting sunshine, questionable tan lines, LOTS of walking but also just enjoying feeling free, in the present and soaking up time with the most beautiful company! 🫶🏼

Camino de Santiago || St Jean Pied de Port - Santiago de Compostela 779km by 👣 🇫🇷>>🇪🇸

I don't quite have the words at the moment to describe the past 6 weeks. But in summary, I've been walking a lot! I didn't really have much idea what I was getting myself in for, but it was so much more than I anticipated. Stepping into hours of solitude, without all the everyday noise, was HARD. But it was outweighed by the countless moments of joy, connection, kindness and appreciation for all the beautiful nature and life along the way!

• Little mini break to Palma •

Slowly finding my feet going on solo trips, each time feeling a little less on edge and safer in my skin. This trip was initially filled with exploring, before I quickly reminded myself that the purpose was to do very little and recharge the batteries. So the remainder of the trip was spent being lazy; rotating reading on the beach with dips in the sea and tackling tapas for 1 with a constant flow of Fanta lemon!

After defrosting the car yesterday in bloody September (!!!!), feels like a good opportunity to reflect on a v memorable summer.
Filled with so much sister time, adventures, seaside living, catching up with pals and a surprise Abba tribute band...

Very much ready for cosy coffee shop season to commence 📚☕🍁

My big sis is married!!!!!!
It's hard to put it into words, but this weekend was everything and more. I am so proud of you Mads 🫶🏼
Infinite smiles, cooper giggles, groovy moves, yummy scran and the most precious sister time I'll treasure forever 🩵

After one very emotional farewell, all I can say is how lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. Till next time M+G ###
