Last Saturday, I had the best time at the Damh, the Bard concert.
I spotted this wonderful little talisman in amongst the beautiful creations that his partner Cerri Lee was selling.
It was a strange coincidence, just that day a medium had given me a message from my father.
My father and I were estranged in life and in the spiritual. For him to Sunday come forward was a shock indeed.
Then I spotted this particular beautiful piece of silver jewelry, handmade by someone who knows the value of death and rebirth.
I felt it was a sign, I haven’t taken it off since, except for this PHOTO.
It feels safe for me. I trust my instincts and my intuition. With this full moon in Scorpio, we might need all the protection we can get.
The concert was amazing, and I will be posting a little more information about what was sung. For now just to let you know his new album is about the fourth branch of the Mabinogi.

LILITH THE PROTECTRESS

Something that came through yesterday. I know the artists hate AI but for someone like myself, who sees images but can’t draw or paint, it is a gift. I can now share those images with others.
Since I believe images are keys to the soul and messages from the divine, embodied through me and many others, this is a levelling up for the Seers.
I’m not sorry I can share this. This will be relevant to people and that’s what’s important.

Healer heal thyself
One of the most important actions as a Soul healer is to make sure that you are clean, none of what you carry should be transferred to your Client.
So regular Soul cleansing is a must. I usually do this with Breathwork or exercise, from my body point of view, as well as my usual spiritual practices.
This week has been particularly difficult, not just on the global stage but generally also here in Glastonbury. We’ve had lots of visitors and a strange, jiggery, atmosphere and energy in the town.
Coming back from my retreat, I felt it particularly strongly. So I needed to cleanse that. I usually watch Breathe with Sandy on YouTube and do the exercises he prescribes.
Today I needed more. Today I needed to add something to give me strength., to release some of those blockages and emotions that have been coming up.
I decided on the out breath when Sandy shows the hum, to do the Keening. I needed to release some of the Soul pain that I was holding.
so what do you hear on this video is raw to the Core. No artifice, and I can only recommend that you find a way to release everything that is stuck and festering if you feel overwhelmed, foggy, tired even after sleeping for 12 hours, craving sweets…..
You’ probably all know what I mean.
