I have to say My skin really has taken a downward turn these last few years I think mainly due to sleepless nights (many of you know this story) natural ageing and stress .

🍃 a nice reminder that when we are grounded and centred ,in our being nothing much can phase us. Taking my own advice and working on grounding today .

Here are some ways to help you
✨Deep conscious breaths (deep slowwww breath in to feel your tummy swell , hold for 5 seconds ... and release and repeat)!
✨Drink Lots of water
✨Dark coloured crystals
✨Exercise
✨A walk in nature
✨Connecting barefoot with the Earth
✨Yoga
✨ paying attention to the beauty all around you & give gratitude

When no other shake will do! I’ve tried so many now and in most cases I either cannot tolerate the powdery texture/taste of other shakes. This one wins hands down 🙌
