We specialise in helping you get more out of the outdoors, whatever your interests. That may mean exploring aircraft wrecks on a guided walk, trying out a new activity like rock climbing, getting out with family or friends to explore a new area, or developing your technical skills on one of our courses. You can learn at your own pace, in a friendly and relaxed environment. We have the experience, knowledge and skills to offer you a session to remember. Our instructors are all fully qualified and insured as well as holding first aid qualifications. We are also all active in the activities we lead - we are climbers, paddlers and mountaineers. Over the years we have worked with groups of all ages, abilities, and interests, including considerable experience working with groups with a variety of special needs. Although we are based in the Peak district we can, and do, work throughout the UK and further afield. So walking in the Yorkshire Dales, climbing in North Wales, or a Munro or two in Scotland in winter are all options; so are multi-day adventures wild camping or bothying if that’s what you’d like. We also have International Mountain Leaders available to take you on trips far and wide - the Alps, the Sierra Nevada, the Himalaya - the world is your oyster! We run regular open navigation courses, winter skills courses in Scotland every winter but other than that it's entirely up to you.
