First drawing using my new Castle Arts pencils. The butterfly symbolises new beginnings which fits with the new year. Change doesn't have to be loud or painful, but can be as gentle as the fluttering of the butterfly's wings

I’m Jo, and I began using art as a way to process my emotions after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer last summer. Since then, art has become my refuge - a space for expression, healing, and hope.
All profits from my artwork are donated to Blythe House Hospice , whose support has carried me through this difficult time. This is my way of giving back and sharing a little beauty born from pain.

My next event is in 2 weeks-Saturday 29th November at Victoria Hall between 10am-3pm. Please pop down and grab yourselves some stocking fillers. I'll be having a raffle of one of my most popular pictures too which would make a fabulous present! All profits go to Blythe House Hospice to thank them for their wonderful support over the last year.
