Hip Horay for a clear sky and sunshine today ! Jake asked me to support him buying his fish 🐠 today , his knowledge of fish is extensive , followed by the museum and a beautiful canal walk , Jake enjoyed his pistachio matcha latte he was interested to try to finish off his afternoon , nice to spend the day with you my friend!

Nicest afternoon with Dave today meeting lots of doggies and chatting , a feel good day and nice to meet and chat to lots of people in the pub , a mixture of fresh air and a pint on a cold January day for Dave

A very fulfilling day with beautiful Sarah, she participated in a snow project at glossop arts and caught up with her friends, before a wander in to town and choose her bits and bobs .my pleasure to support you Sarah !

Super nice day with the delightful Jake today ! He choose a good walk this morning and asked me to support him pick up his shopping bits before checking a new shop he was interested in , he was made up to see the manager was my aunty ! Off for his chosen lunch and met friends Matthew and Nicola , finishing with drop in bingo with his friends, enjoying a couple of games and we stayed and listened to the poetry, an all round great day of exercise, life skills and social time

Today’s activity was based in poynton, we had a nice bit of fresh air , change of scenery and warmed up in Hickory’s which was a hit with Dave, nice to catch up Dave have a great week!

Monday social back with a bang today 💥 fresh session from Georgia was great ! Thanks Sarah for your help cleaning round after .
We are going to throw in a further 30 minutes a week on our session offering sports ! Starting next week, more fitness and inspiration to lead a healthy lifestyle 💥

Marple canal , Stockport park lapping round , Mottram hall, light lunch without a cake in sight today with Jake , and 3 garden centres! Brookside, notcutts and Dobbys , it’s been a fantastic fast paced day and absolutely freezing 🥶 well done Jake a pleasure as always, we have definitely burnt some calories today !

Today Dave had a treatment at Beauty By Becky & Co which was as always a nice experience and friendly! The main focus after was to get some fresh air which didn’t prove too difficult in the snow after all! We stayed local and enjoyed the snowy scenery of Buxton and quick food at MacDonalds , well done Dave for getting out on a wintry day!
