Do you ever feel overwhelmed? Its all too consuming isn't it?

I've been there too.

The feeling of doom. Not knowing how to get out of that mindset block.

My passion as a therapist and coach is to support you in your journey of hurt, pain, change, loss, grief, anger, acceptance, wounding and heartache ...equally sharing in their good fortune, happiness, strength, wins, growth, joy, successes and wellbeing.

If theres something on your mind preventing you moving forward - set a plan daily and stick to it...but reward yourself once its complete, however small.

Take action even with the little things.
