Avoidant love feels like being punished for needing connection.

You reach out—
they withdraw.
You express how you feel—
they say you’re “too emotional.”
You ask for clarity—
they call it pressure.

So you start second-guessing yourself.
You start calling basic needs “too much.”
You stop asking for reassurance
because every time you do,
they make you feel like a burden.

But the problem was never that you needed too much.
The problem was that they were only comfortable
when nothing was expected of them.

Now you know:

Real love doesn’t shame you for wanting to feel safe.
It doesn’t avoid connection—
it deepens it.

Next Thursday, I have spaces for zoom calls, whatsapp or Facebook chats for 1 2 1 sessions.

I'll let you chose the subject and we can see what happens. Or I can lead.
