Winter is a time to slow down, to almost hibernate and reflect. This is something I’ve definitely tried to take into account so far this year as I aim to live slower and more meaningfully.

Well, as much as I can living on a building site raising 3 v energetic mini-mes! But then maybe that’s all the more reason to strive for some zen!
