Another restorative yoga retreat with my friend and yoga teacher

Time to disconnect from the daily hustle of London life, focus on my practice, and be present in nature was exactly what I needed.

Each session brought more clarity, calm, and connection, reminding me how essential it is to slow down and recharge.

The peaceful surroundings , the nourishing food, and the incredible community of yoginis made this experience truly unforgettable.

A perfect way to reset the body mind and soul. Now that I’m back in London, I hope to carry this sense of balance and peace into everyday life. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Today is World Mental Health Day, and the focus is on workplace well-being.

Every step towards a mentally healthy workplace matters—whether it’s opening up conversations, implementing supportive policies, or sharing self-care resources. These small actions build a culture where we all feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Working from home can be tough, so checking in with each other is key. I was so grateful for our in-person team meeting this week—it left me feeling positive and energised. Hugging my friends (because that’s what they are, not just colleagues!) was the best part.

Take a moment today to check in with someone. It could make all the difference. 💚

🌿 Embracing Mental Wellness 🌿
Its mental health awareness week. Did you know that 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem every year?

In the whirlwind of our daily lives, it’s easy to overlook our mental well-being. But taking care of your mind is just as crucial as nourishing your body.

I personally struggle with mild anxiety. When I’m exhausted or overwhelmed, my anxiety tends to rear its head—lack of sleep carries over into the next day, making stressful situations feel more daunting, and my mind starts to spiral. This, in turn, disrupts my sleep again, creating a vicious cycle.

But I know what helps me – an early night, exercising in the morning and eating healthy nutritious food. It really works and I usually end up feeling loads better.
I’m still learning not be too hard on myself and take space when I need it. It’s also about those little rituals that recharge our spirits and remind us of our inner mental resilience .💪💕🌟
