Most appointments are one hour;
£60 initial/first ever appt, including ParQ form, assessment and post-treatment advice.
£45 thereafter for any 60min appt
£35 for cancer care massage, these appts are 45mins.
£80 couples/2 people massage over a 90min appt, approx 40mins each (every 4-6weeks deals available)

Marathon/Half marathon/Triathlon/Ultra/Hyrox/ATHX/Sports packages;
Gold £165 for 5 sessions (8months time limit)
Silver £140 for 4 sessions (5months time limit)
Bronze £115 for 3 massages (4months time limit)

I am OFF WORK from 7am Friday 10th to 7am Tuesday 14th October 2025.

I will be unable to book, amend or cancel appointments until the Tuesday morning.
I will not be answering calls, texts or email enquiries until the Tuesday morning.
I won't be offering emergency appts.

I am OFF WORK, and as a self-employed, sole-trader, just-me business human being this is often harder work than just keeping going and getting on with it 🤣🤣🤣🤞🏻🤞🏻

Reminder: New Prices and my new working hours start from 1st October!

If you pre-pay for block/package deals and I receive your payment today or tomorrow I honour the package at the current price. From Wednesday 1st October the new prices will be in effect.

From Weds onwards my new working hours will be 6am-12 and 2-8pm, Mon to Fridays.

Message/WhatsApp me if you haven't yet seen or wish to know the new prices for massage appts and PT sessions.

From October 1st 2025 I will be changing the times of availability for massage/PT, alongside a price increase as previous published.

I will now be 'OPEN' between 6am and midday, then from 2pm until 8pm, Monday to Friday.

As per usual I will still regularly update and publish the massage availability and appointments and post them here.

OAK STRENGTH MASSAGE PRICES EFFECTIVE FROM 01/10/2025

🫱🏼Initial consultation/First ever massage with me, 1 hour: £60
Assessment/Movement Screening, 1 hour appt: Chat about medical issues/lifestyle/history of ni**le/injury/issues with approx. 45mins massage therapy and follow up/at home advice.

🫱🏼Follow up/Subsequent appts £45 for 1 hour:
55minute appt, catch up chat with approx 45/50mins massage therapy.

🫱🏼Top-up massage; to be taken within 2 weeks of a full appt: £30 for 20-25mins hands-on treatment.

🫱🏼Oncology/CancerCare (Amethyst Trust) Massage, 45min appt:
Chat about your cancer journey/treatments etc and approx 20-30mins of CancerCare style massage to suit your current needs, £35

🫲🏼Block booking/Pre-pay discount:
(Please note these CANNOT be booked for 1st time client appointments)
Pre-paid in advance 3 sessions = £115. All 3 to be taken within 6months of payment date. (Not available for 1st timers appts)
Pre-paid in advance 5 session = £165. All 5 to be taken within 9months of payment date. (Not available for 1st timer appts)

🫲🏼Couples/2 people massage appt, 90mins:
Bring a partner, sibling, friend and get 40mins massage each, the other waits in the room so you can both chat throughout, £80

Runners/Athlete/Sports Specific Packages:
🥇GOLD PACKAGE (5 treatments) £165
• Marathon/Triathlon/Ultra/Race/Weightlifting Competition: 5 treatments: 4 pre-race/event massages usually starting 3 months before event date, and 1 recovery/post-event massage for £165
(Eg: 3months out, 2months out, 1month out, 1 week prior and a post event massage)

🥈SILVER PACKAGE (4 treatments) £140
• Half Marathon: 4 treatments: 3 pre-race usually starting 2 months before the event date, and 1 recovery/post-event massage, £140
(Usually 2months out, 1 month out, 1 weeks prior to event and one post event massage)

🥉BRONZE PACKAGE (3 treatments) £115
• Event massages, usually one month prior to the event 1st massage, a second massage the week before the event and a recovery massage after the event: £115
