In the past, I’d have gone straight for the large popcorn and an ice-cold slushy without thinking twice 🍿🥤… but honestly? I wasn’t even tempted today.

I stuck with my water 💧 because I know that losing weight feels SO much better than overpriced popcorn! 🙌

It’s not about telling yourself “I can never have this again” — it’s about saying “not right now” ✨.
