I have been maintaining my 3 stone weight loss for over 2 years now by eating healthily, smaller portions, drinking more water, and weighing myself regularly to keep a check on things. And at times when I feel like I've over indulged, I just jump back on plan for a few weeks.

I wore this dress to convention in 2023 and again last night and it still fit perfectly πŸ‘Œ

So when I was told, "You won't keep the weight off," or "You'll just put the weight back on after the diet, "...who's laughing now!? πŸ˜†

RESET your MINDSET

No matter what went down yesterday ...today is a new day!

Fear of being a failure can flood your mind and it can feel overwhelming.

If you experience weight going in the wrong direction, it is essential to reflect on where you are at and what you need to work on.

For example, do you need to:

- Stop the mindless grazing
- Increase your exercise (even just a 10 min walk a day is a great place to start)
- Improve your hydration (working towards minimum of 2.25 litres of water a day)
- Increase your Step 2 protein or products while on plan to help combat hunger
- keep well away from sugar (the plan is sweet enough!), and *carbs which your body turns to fat!

Get back on track and refocused on smashing your goals.

1 week ago today, I was all glammed up at convention. Today, I am in full mum mode and makeup free!

I am still buzzing from last weekend and being around such inspirational men and women. I can't wait to see where my business will take me in a years time! 🀩
