It’s about the journey, not the destination.

Each breath is an invitation to be present.�To get curious.�To move beyond comfort.

Progress isn’t about perfect poses.�It’s about showing up and meeting your body where it is.
Breath by breath.�Moment by moment.

Progress takes many forms ~ far beyond the shapes we move our bodies into.
�Trust grows.

Let go of the outcome … feel the freedom from clinging and …�
Stay consistent.

Presence is the practice.
