I've been in the fitness industry for ten years and my passion is helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be - Health, Wealth and Fitness. In the early days of my career, this was mainly through group exercise. However, I have been introduced to a remarkable international company within the health and wellbeing marketplace, which has allowed me to open up new doors of opportunity. I now have my own business, where I am not only able to help people with their fitness goals but also coach others how to build their own businesses and improve their financial situations, working flexibly in and around their current commitments. I draw on my own personal experiences and struggles, with self esteem and financial worry. The journey and steps that I've taken to remedy these issues i want to share to help and inspire others to do the same. I have a great understanding and empathy of how difficult it can seem, when you're faced with a mountain, but I believe that everyone has greatness within them, sometimes people just need the right encouragement and support. This is where I believe I can help people to climb and conquer their mountain, one step at a time...with a healthy body and a healthy mind we can achieve great things ! Helen Keller
