So Samhain, pronounced sow-ain, is nearly here and at this time the witch prepares to honour all those who have gone before her and made it possible for her to tred her path.
Samhain, the end of the year for a witch. The night when the veil between this life and the next is the thinest, hence we can reach out to those we have lost from this earth plane and let them know they are still in our hearts.
So between all the trick and treating, take some time to light a candle, call on the goddess and horned god to protect and guide you and open your heart to your departed loved ones. Listen with your heart, not your ears, for their messages.
Oh and don’t forget to thank the goddess and horned god when you are finished.
