Wax sealed spell bottles with herbs and crystals! I have four popular ones that I usually have made up:
Courage and confidence - Yarrow, Rosemary and St John's Wort with Citrine, Aquamarine and Orange Calcite.
Calming - Lavender, Camomile and Lemon Balm with Flourite, Amethyst and Smoky Quartz.
Self Love - Rose petals and Hibiscus flower with Rose Quartz, Sunstone and Tiger's Eye.
Protection - Blackthorn, Nettle and Rosemary with Obsidian, Labradorite and Clear Quartz.

These are also available as a necklace or keyring.
Always happy to make up custom bottles, love making things that are personal! Just drop me a line 😊

The really tiny ones, it turns out, make an excellent addition to a Victorian haunted mansion dollhouse... thank you Victoria Pickup for sending proof of that! πŸ˜‚πŸŒΏ

As well as working hard on getting my garden where it needs to be, I've been busy with another project (which is why space planning has become much more important!)...
This is my contribution to The Spirit of Awen Camp Healing Garden 😊 I am so proud to play my part in the creation and care of such a serene and fragrant space, day and night, that people love! Roll on next year when the perennials have had more chance to develop 😁

Artistic, video, garden care and contribution credit to the lovely Val Cunnington, and thank you to Maxine for giving me the annual seedlings to bring on πŸ’œ

The White Lavender, grown especially for the healing garden (I don't use this one in my products) is on sale for Β£1.50 a bag. All proceeds go to The Spirit of Awen Camp's chosen charity πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œπŸŒΏ

Things are also progressing in my little garden! I now have Yarrow and Camomile "graduates" that came home from Pershore earlier this year, and they are now settled in their "big homes" and thriving (if a little exhausted by the recent extremes of weather πŸ˜‚). The Lemon Balm loves it, I'm sure it's a chaos monster..!

One side of the garden has been cleared and prepared for the herb garden, with plans to thin out and clear space the other side to make room for a few more herbs and some wildflowers between the shrubs and trees that are staying.

VERY importantly, my workshop is finally up! Getting wired next week, and then Little Pan Herbals is moving in to what my wife affectionately refers to as the "banishment palace" πŸ˜‚ she's very happy about this, as now she can have her Lego room back 🀭
Will keep you updated πŸŒΏπŸ’œ

I've been awfully quiet of late, I know. Exciting busy things have been happening! After a serious hiccup in the garden department (which is a LONG and boring story πŸ˜…), work has started in my own garden to enable me to grow the herbs and plants I use the most but can't easily forage for. Whilst this crazy overhaul is happening, the beautiful and wonderful garden faery that is Maxine Tyers has been so kind as to share hers, turning part of it into a nursery for me πŸ’œ. We've been hard at work building beds and sowing seeds (including wildflowers for the insects!), whilst the winter was used for starting babies inside (with the best plant babysitter 😁). Some of these have now graduated to outside, and the seeds sown in the beds are starting to sprout, which is VERY satisfying!

Watch this space for more updates 😊 thanks for reading! πŸ’œπŸŒΏ

Cleavers

It's that time of year again!!
Cleavers (also known as goosegrass or sticky w***y) have traditionally been used as a lymphatic tonic, believed to help in filtering waste and toxins from the body.

Primarily, I use this for... my pony! He's a rescue, with some complex health issues, one of which is congenital liver disease. This means that processing chemicals isn't ideal for him (especially long term), so he is treated holistically, as far as possible. When Cleavers are in season, he has a bunch like this every day to help flush his system and support his liver.
Picture of best boy included, because he's ridiculously pretty πŸ˜‚πŸ’œπŸŒΏ

Lavender and Ginger

As well as for it's relaxing properties, Lavender has also been used traditionally as an anti-inflammatory. Combined with the circulation boosting Ginger, this blend has traditionally been used to help with pain/circulation conditions.

First made for Sasha - this is Anti-inflammatea (and yes, I'm very proud of that particular tea pun πŸ˜‚) 🌿
