Training and development of our staff partners is our utmost priority and all of our staff partners are background checked and trained by “experts by experience” from the sister company “Spirited Training” and the ” Whole new World Consultancy”. Working Partnerships with Gloucestershire College and an affiliation with Skills for Care assists the Company to meet training and development objectives. The passing of the new “Care Bill” in 2014 enables the Flexicare brand to expand its Training and Consultancy Services to a wider audience. Our prime concern is to ensure that the care and support services we provide are high in quality and meet existing legislation. As an individual, you must have high personal standards and a commitment to providing a quality service to people who in most cases are very vulnerable. You need to be organised, motivated and have a determination to succeed. We will assign a mentor at the start of the process who will be with you every step of the way, to offer assistance, guidance, support and advice to make sure your business succeeds! In addition, Flexicare Flying Squad/Spirited Training are a unique group of specialist trainers who travel around the countryto ensure that staff are trained to the highest level and educated on all aspects of compassionate care and support thus ensuring that all personal assistants provide compassionate and responsive care to uphold the Flexicare brand reputation
