There will never be a harsher critic than the person staring back at you in the mirror

It has been without a shadow of doubt one of the toughest years to date of my life.

After losing my mum and brother in law within months of each other, the decision to take time away from coaching and focus purely on my family and myself has been a must.

They say that true friends can hear your silence, and I'm so fortunate to surround myself throughout my lifetime with the most amazing individuals. Those close friends, I can honestly say that they're an extension of my family that have been there when I needed them the most.  and for that, I will forever be grateful.

I will return to coaching, but for now, it's time to recharge the batteries, make plans for the future, and keep pushing forward, making as many amazing memories along the way as possible.

So... What with everything that has happened this year, I'm no where near where I envisioned, I'd like to be aesthetically but am happy with where I am physically.

For those of you whom are interested what this old fella has planned next: My next phase and possibly my last final attempt to gain as much muscle mass as possible with a big bulk, as everything "progress/recovery" wise is slowing down as I'm now closer to 50 than 40 😉 so BULKING starts tomorrow 💪

There will never be a harsher critic than the person staring back at you in the mirror

It has been without a shadow of doubt one of the toughest years to date of my life.
