Autumn & Winter!!! Im ready for you 💪🏻

My stones bathed in the garden under the full moon to super charge their healing energy! 🔥

In the meantime, I also did a bit of moon bathing, cocktail sipping and sight seeing on a girls trip to Malaga! Actual relaxation and laughter to make my cheeks ache… just what the doctor ordered.

As the Mediterranean sun fades, my diary gets busier so instead of contemplating, go for it and book soon to nab an appointment whilst you can!
