2025 has been a year of transformation, challenges, and incredible growth – and I couldn’t have done it without YOU! 🙏🏻

Q1: Started the year with two big moves (home and work) and created a cosy new treatment space for my amazing clients. 😍

Q2: Enjoyed a beautiful family holiday, then faced major surgery – life-changing results! 🧡

Q3: Returned to work, slowly rebuilding strength and reconnecting with clients. Welcomed Woody & Pebble to our family and discovered a dairy allergy along the way! And Mr A & I celebrated 10 years of marriage 😍

Q4: Found a brilliant PT coachedbyluc and put fitness first – I’m the lightest and fittest I’ve been since my 20s! Plus, I qualified as a Meditation Teacher 🙌
