🚨 Never skip the adductor machine in the gym.
Your inner thigh muscles (adductors) are one of the most neglected muscle groups in most training programs — but they play a huge role in knee and hip stability.
Strong adductors help:
✅ Stop your knees collapsing inward during squats, lunging, and running
✅ Stabilise the pelvis when you run or move on one leg
✅ Reduce risk of knee pain and groin injuries
✅ Improve overall lower body strength and control
If these muscles are weak, the knee often rolls in and the hips lose control — which can lead to compensation and injury over time.
Don’t just train glutes and quads… train the muscles that keep your legs aligned.
💡 Simple add-on to your workouts:
3–4 sets × 10–15 reps on the adductor machine at the end of leg day.
Small muscle group.
Big impact on movement quality.
