Neck trapped nerve
3 ways:
1. Stretching the muscles
Why?
Stretching muscles around a trapped nerve helps to relieve pressure and improve flexibility, potentially reducing pain and improving nerve function. Gentle stretches can also help loosen surrounding muscles, which may be contributing to the nerve compression.

2. Glide the nerve
Why?
Nerves can’t be stretched like a muscle instead they slide and glide so these exercises can help relief pain and release a trapped nerve.

3. Strengthening neck muscles
Why?
Neck strengthening will reduce neck pain and stiffness and reduce the risk of neck pain in the future. It’s important to perform these exercises slow and controlled.
