Thank you Yoga with Louise Windsor for an incredible 3 days learning about and developing my Yoga Nidra practice and teaching. What a fabulous course. I’ve learnt so much to add depth to all my teaching and I really do feel I can really teach Yoga Nidra now from my heart rather than a script. So very special. Thank you Louise ❤️🧘‍♂️

Just to let you all know, the 5.45pm class on Wednesdays is getting very busy with a full class and waiting list yesterday. I have therefore decided to change the second class at 7pm, which does not get so many students, to a Gentle Flow (so the same as the earlier class) to allow students to choose the time best for them and maybe choose the later class if you prefer a bit more space and individual attention in your practice. I hope this suits everyone. I’ll still give some progressions in both classes for those who want to go a bit deeper.

Good morning lovely students. I look forward to seeing you all this evening. Just a very gentle reminder to please cancel or let me know as soon as you can if you aren’t able to come for some reason (min 2 hours before class). The class is full with someone waiting. Thank you. 🧘❤️

#2 things you don’t think you’ll ever need as a yoga teacher! When your venue has a cold draft though there’s nothing for it but to find some insulation and a draft excluder!
