✨✨✨Hello my Lovelies, I hope that you are well and enjoying this glorious sunshine 🌞

This is a curious little snippet that I'd like to share with you ... I'll try not to ramble ...I'll pop it in a nutshell 🥜
So packing away from a little picnic at the weekend , I noticed a folded up piece of paper next to me nestled in the grass ...a post- it bearing the words "Sans Souci" .
Having never seen such words before and curious I googled the meaning ( clever see 😂 )
Sans Souci ... It's french for " Without Worry " "Carefree" xx
So ...
Everyday for us all has it's twists and turns along the Path with the odd bump or dollop of elephant 💩 dropped from a great height all this mixed with love ❤️ , laughter😂 , rainbows 🌈 etc , etc ... precious life 🧬

Sometimes it gets a tad overwhelming !! ...that's ok x
It's not ok if we allow the overwhelm to consume us ...STOP 🛑 ⚠️...read the signs please darlings ,
You know You better than anyone , nip it in the bud ...buddy make it take a hike off up the road 🛣️ , over land and sea 🌊 LOVE YOU because you are sooooo worth it 💓

I'm here in the Hut 🛖👣✨ with Reflexology and Indian Head Massage treatments...great for knocking overwhelm out of the ball park !! 😊
