Thank you. I heard that a lot from you to myself during the 7 months at Stokes Bay. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you. Thank you for showing up no matter what. Changing your plans over the weekend to make it to the beach, during all types of weather conditions. I am truly grateful 🙏

As I mentioned on Sunday, we are in to the seventh month. So I have decided that this is going to be my final month down the beach with you all. I feel that the sea is warming up due to finally getting some better weather. You have the breath and if you wish to dive in deeper with the practice, spinal breathing, double breathing and the ujjayi breath, you know where I am. It would be nice to see as many of you as possible in the last few weeks that I'm at Stokes Bay. I look forward to seeing you there.

That reason to get yourself to the beach, the mat, the chair is getting stronger and stronger.
To be with your Sangha your inspiring company and to have some time for yourself. This isn't a selfish act this is a selfless act. Look after No.1 that's you, so then you can manage your day ahead.
