Hope is one of the most determined and dedicated clients I’ve ever had. She came to me wanting to build her confidence in the gym, increase her strength, and improve her overall health — and she is doing exactly that. 💪💫

Training three times a week while working two jobs and studying HR… the commitment is unreal. Yet she continues to make huge strides in her HHH journey. 🌟

Emilie, I still don’t know how you do it. Three children under six, two dogs, seven cats — and you STILL make time for yourself, which is so incredibly important. 💛
With over 50 classes under your belt, you’re such an inspiration to everyone who walks through the door. You’re always the first to help, encourage, and guide — especially the new mums finding their feet. 🤍

You are the perfect example of why mums deserve time for themselves, and exactly the reason I created Mums and Mini’s in the first place. 🌼

October was a busy month at HHH, working with both new and existing clients — and they’ve all worked so hard. I’m honestly so proud of every single one of them. 💪💜
It’s also been a month of slowing down a little for me too… more family time, peaceful walks, and trying out new activities that filled my cup back up. 🌿✨

This summer, I decided to challenge myself to try one new activity every month and the first one stuck!

I gave pickleball a go (just a free 2-hour trial at the new courts)… and now I’m playing five times a week! I know, I’ve gone all in with this pastime.
It’s become my total non-negotiable for movement and joy, and it reminded me that the best kind of exercise is the one you actually look forward to.

My Non-Negotiable Evening Routine 🚿✨

No matter how busy the day has been, one thing I never skip is my evening shower—it’s my ultimate reset button. 🌙💆🏼‍♀️

A warm shower in the evening isn’t just about washing off the day physically; it’s about letting go mentally too. The heat helps relax tense muscles, lowers cortisol (your stress hormone), and signals to your body that it’s time to wind down. 😌💧

To set the perfect mood, I always light a good candle—right now, I’m obsessed with my Monica Eter candle I picked up in Notting Hill. It fills the room with the most beautiful scent and makes my shower feel like a spa experience. 🕯️✨

I also take a few moments for breathwork, which is a simple but powerful way to calm the nervous system. Try this:
🌬️ Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds
😮‍💨 Hold for 4 seconds
💨 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
Repeat a few times, and you’ll feel instantly more relaxed.

And of course, the shower itself has to be luxurious—I’m currently using Wild’s fantastic-smelling shower gel and honestly, the fresh, natural scents are next level! 🌿🚿

This small but intentional routine helps me sleep better, unwind properly, and show up as my best self the next day. 🌙✨

To all my incredible clients and friends—what a year it’s been! ❤️ 2024 has been monumental for HHH, with so many exciting changes:

It’s been an amazing journey, and I truly can’t thank you all enough for your support.

I’ll be back to work on Thursday, 2nd January, and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all. In the meantime, have a fantastic Christmas and New Year! 🎉

Breaking Barriers in the New Forest 🌳💪

For those of you who don’t know, every Thursday, I head to the New Forest to train an amazing group of clients at their home. 💖 These incredible individuals are non-verbal and face a variety of health challenges—but let me tell you, nothing stops them. 🌟

Each week, we focus on mobility, strength, or even yoga, and their progress over the past year has been nothing short of remarkable. From struggling to sit down and stand back up, to now confidently squatting—it’s incredible to witness their strength and determination grow. 🙌

We laugh, smile, and truly enjoy every session, but this week was extra special. To celebrate a year of hard work, we treated ourselves to mince pies, Nosecco, and a Christmas film. 🎄✨

This experience reminds me of one thing I hold close: no matter what barriers are in your way, there’s always something you can do to build healthy habits and improve your quality of life.
