Using a combination of my skills, my gifts, my experience, and practice of NLP and Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner, Master Practitioner of Usui Reiki, and Lotus Chakra Instructor.

This has a beautiful energy about it

When we truly tune in, and focus on our true Divine selves

We access a deep well of resource that is available to us, when ever we choose to focus on it

‘Where our Focus goes Energy Flows’

I’ve heard this and applied it

And then, the natural rhythms of life happen, take over and before you know it

Your swept up in the landslide and flow of what’s being presented

Right in front of you

Continually refocusing your attention on what needs to be attended to

Distracting our focus to what we feel is most important (usually on a subconscious level of what’s going to meet our needs and our instinctual survival)

But here’s the thing

We can still explore and experience life with all its challenges, all it’s offerings and its ups and downs

And we still get to ‘choose’ what we focus on!

I choose today to refocus my attention to an attitude of gratitude

When we redirect our focus, it allows us to tune in and tap into a wealth of divine energy resource that we can immerse ourselves in

Rejuvenating, recharging and restoring our vitality feeling better about ourselves and our day!

It just takes practice and to keep coming back to an attitude of gratitude

I absolutely LOVE the sacred healing space Reiki provides

Reiki is a very powerful and sacred experience

You can experience a deep sense of relaxation, safety and flow as you lie back sinking into a soft comfortable couch, hearing the soft sounds of reiki music further deepening your relaxation.

I introduce the gentle aroma of white sage incense and the very gentle healing scent of the beautiful emotional healer ‘Geranium oil’,

You are invited to hold a beautiful Rose Quartz crystal (my gift to you) throughout the session/s, all the while feeling all your tension and worries completely dissolve and disappear, as you completely amerce yourself in feeling, the magic of the universal light force coming through, working on elevating and rejuvenating each a very cell in your body!

After I invite you to discuss and share what we have both experienced. As I also receive messages from the Angels and spirit.

When navigating the world and relationship,

Whether that’s with yourself, other’s and the world around you

Our state of our nervous system will dictate and influence the thoughts we have, how we feel, and the decisions we make

When we are in ‘sympathetic’ mode we don’t feel safe and our fight and flight is activated.

Our prefrontal cortex goes offline and decision making, memory recall and rational thinking, and action is temporarily not available

When we are in ‘parasympathetic’ mode, we are feeling safe, we are in a state of rest, digest and repair within ourselves, feeling calm, centred and grounded.

Our body has the message that there is no threat, therefore we can relax and let go of any tension that would naturally build get ready to protect ourselves

So, notice where your nervous system is at

Listen to your body, and then make decisions that settle and calm your nervous system, for a more relaxed, settled, happier healthier you!
