Pellowah Practitioner - Level 1 and 2 My early years spent as an out-patient at Great Ormond Street Hospital have instilled in me a passion for helping others. I have dedicated 7.5 years of my life to serving in the NHS as a Health Care Support Worker, providing support to those undergoing a diagnosis of acute mental health. Two years ago, having suffered for a number of years with PTSD and anxiety I decided to explore alternative therapies to manage my mental health. I had an interest in Reiki and decided to give it a try. After my sessions, I felt more balanced, relaxed, and mentally focused on the positive aspects of life. I decided then to study Reiki and I am now a mobile Reiki Practitioner serving Gosport and the surrounding areas. I have been practicing Reiki professionally since 2023. Witnessing the remarkable healing power of Reiki time and again, my mission is to assist individuals in their physical, emotional, and spiritual journeys, guiding them through transformative transitions. Each treatment I provide is tailored to the unique needs of my clients, ensuring they receive the most effective approach for their well-being. One thing I have learnt is that achieving balance and harmony is a journey and it's okay to take it one step at a time.
