Even when you feel like you’ve got nothing left to give, like your strength has run dry and just existing feels too heavy, you can get through this.

Because there were days you were convinced would break you, and somehow you still made it through.

The version of you back then felt just as stuck as you do right now, and that didn’t last.

Wow, what a month it has been. It really has been a month of renewal, strength and blooming.

It was the month I didn't want but needed.

So many hurdles, emotional goodbyes, devastation but also happiness, love and growth.

When something happens that throws your full family off track it can be so scary but infact if you show up with everything you've got you will and can get through it. Sometimes with more ease than you realised.

It still feels scary to know it's another 150days till my husband is home but what an incredible few weeks it's been so far with the children. I know it sounds daft but I really didn't think I'd be able to cope with them on my own, all the chores, university, my business.. Everything. But here I am smashing it out the park, showing up for them but also myself.

March has shown me my inner strength, how I can achieve everything life throws my way and that brighter days will come ❤️❤️❤️
