New research has found that 57% of slimmers say they’ve kept their weight loss attempts under wraps. However, we know that going it alone isn’t easy and being a part of a warm and friendly community is the key to slimming success ❤.
When asked why they love losing weight in a group, 73% of Slimming World members value the support of other members and 75% say it’s the support from their Consultant too xx

DEAR RETURNING MEMBER,

I am getting a few messages from people wanting to come back to Slimming World, so let me put your minds at rest......

This post is for those of you who are thinking of returning to one of our SW groups or maybe you’ve been meaning to for a while.

And in 'thinking' I mean you’re saying to yourself:
‘’Oh my goodness, I haven’t been in ages.’’
“I have put so much weight back on.’’
‘’I have joined so many times now, I'm terrified what they’ll think.’’
These feelings are what keep us down and away from group.

BUT please let me reassure you that in our Slimming World Groups, you will be welcomed back with a hug and a warm smile! 😊

MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation. Returning member, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're truly made of! 💪🏻
