✨✨✨Check out our Angela from my Monday evening 5:30pm session. In May 2023 Angela lost a family member which then led to the decision to look after herself! She has lost an incredible 6stone ✨✨✨

Angela shared “I'm now 6 stone lighter and much fitter and capable of physical things that I wouldn't have been able to do before. I'm never going back to where I was!”
