OK so hopped on the scales this morning and a good half a stone put back on over Christmas 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't usually put weight back on so quickly but I think teamed with being in doors and not exercising really hasn't done me any favours, so.....

Well I have eaten way too much chocolate and junk over the festive period and teamed with not much exercise I can feel the lbs creeping back on! I am all ready to go on Monday (don't judge me 😂 way too many chocolates left in the house to finish over the weekend) 😂 Time to snap it back before I end up back where I started 🤦🏼‍♀️
