The nature of a gong sound bath.
Gong sound baths are a form of relaxation and meditation experience that uses vibrations from the instruments such as Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other sound tools to support relaxation and well-being.
They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis or advice.

Thank you so much to everyone who battled the windy weather to join me at my gong bath, you all brought such peace and calm to the space tonight. I am so grateful for all your support, it truly makes a difference and I am honoured to share this experience with you all. I look forward to the next one on the 16th April, have a wonderful rest of the week 🙌 🫶 xx

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight, don't forget meet from 7pm for a 7.30pm start, if everyone is settled before 7.30pm we will start earlier. Bring a gym mat or reclining chair, pillow, blanket, something to drink, eye mask and knee bloster if required, I do have spare gym mats and eye masks, please let me know if you require one so I know how many to bring.
