One thing I feel strongly about is making feeding support accessible to all families. Keeping my sessions affordable has never meant compromising on care — it means I believe support should be available before families reach breaking point.

I bring to each session years of training, ongoing education, experience, emotional investment, and genuine care for the families I support.

10 month old using a spoon. This is the beautiful progress seen by babies feeding themselves with their hands from the off at 6 months. Spoon feeding your baby purée and mash is not wrong-it’s just not necessary. If you have got in a muddle with introducing solids or your baby is soon to be 6 months and you aren’t sure where to begin, a supportive, confidence building hour in clinic with me can help get you on course. Low cost clinic appointments available most Fridays.
