Did You Know I can treat newborns and children? 👶🏼

Myofascial Release (MFR) can be a beautiful, gentle way to support babies and children — helping their little bodies to feel more comfortable, balanced, and calm.

Even from birth, tiny bodies can hold tension from how they arrived into the world. MFR uses soft, sustained touch to gently release restrictions in the fascia (the body’s connective tissue), allowing space for ease, movement, and deep settling.

It can be especially helpful for:

👶 A baby favouring one side when lying or feeding
🍼 Reflux, colic, or tummy discomfort
🦶 Club foot, hip or leg imbalances
👂 Recovery from tongue tie, forceps/ventouse or C-section birth
😴 Trouble sleeping or being hard to settle
🧒 Growing pains, anxiety or sensory overwhelm
👦🏻 Anxiety and disregulation

Sessions are always led by your child’s pace and needs, with a calm and nurturing approach. You’re welcome to stay close, ask questions, and feel held in the space too — because your comfort matters just as much.

📸 A little request…

I’d love to include some new, up to date real-life photos on my social media, from the wonderful families I support. They don’t need to show feeding, and you don’t need to include faces (full faces or your own). Even tiny hands, baby feet, little moments at home, or family snapshots are perfect.

Images from real families help others see that Mumma’s Milk is a genuine, family-centred, supportive service — and real photos make such a difference in helping new parents feel welcome and reassured.
